About Dr. Jacob Goodin

Dr. Jacob Goodin

Jacob T. Goodin, DVM, DACVS-LA, is a native of Elizabethtown, KY.  He attended Western Kentucky University for his undergraduate studies prior to enrollment at Auburn University's College of Veterinary Medicine.  Following graduation from Auburn in 2006, he completed a one-year surgical internship at Hagyard Equine Medical Institute in Lexington, KY, and a three-year surgical residency at the University of Wisconsin School of Veterinary Medicine.  Dr. Goodin became a Diplomate of the American College of Veterinary Surgeons in 2011.   

Outside of work, Dr. Goodin enjoys spending time with his wife Ashley and their three children, Emma, Eli, and Easton.  Dr. Goodin can often be found spending time outdoors hunting, fishing, and training retrievers.
